食管上段异位胃黏膜15例临床分析

摘要 食管上段异位胃黏膜（heterotopic gastric mucosa in the uppere sophagus,HGMUE）是指胃黏膜出现在食管上段,表现为上段食管黏膜上的褐红色黏膜斑。HGMUE临床并不少见,但在内镜检查时易被遗漏或误诊。现将近2年来我院内镜检查时发现的15例患者资料进行临床分析。
