摘要
目的分析内镜下应用氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗消化道疾病所出现的并发症。方法收集经内镜氩束凝治疗的各种消化道疾病共142例,出现各种并发症11例。其中痉挛性胃痛6例,粘膜下气肿2例,溃疡样病变2例,消化道穿孔1例。结果11例并发症占全部病例7.7%;痉挛性胃痛占4.2%,粘膜下气肿1.4%,溃疡样病变占1.4%,消化道穿孔占0.7%。结论氩离子凝固术治疗消化道相关疾病并发症发生率不高,临床治疗效果佳,是安全可靠的治疗手段。
Objective To analyze the complication of the treatment for the diseases of alimentary canal, with endoscopic argon plasma coagulation（APC）. Methods 142 cases have been treated with APC during 3 years. Among the 142 patients GI bleeding 32 cases,Polyp or adenoma of alimentary tract 87cases,Verrucosagastritis 27 cases, and 11 cases to been brought about various kinds of complication：6 cases of gastralgia,2 cases of suhmucosa aerocele,2 cases of ulcerous lesion, l cases of GI tract perforation. Results total incidence rate of the complication 7.7%, gastralgia 4.2%, submueosa aerocele 1.4%, ulcerous lesion 1.4%, GI tract perforation 1.4%. Conclusion The therapy of APC for the diseases of alimentary canal is sale and with satisfactory effect. The incidence rate of complication and side-effect is lower.
