摘要
对462Q缸体缸孔壁上黑点缺陷部位的化学成分、微观组织和断口形貌进行了分析,发现黑点缺陷实际上是许多小凹坑,它们的产生与晶粒粗大,组织疏松有关。通过采用单一的SrSi孕育剂,加入量减少到0.35%,选用优质碳素钢,减少生铁加入量,适当增硫,降低浇注温度等措施,消除了此缺陷。
The chemical composition, microstructure and fracture morphology of black spot defects area on the cylinder holewall of 462Q cylinder block was analyzed, and it was revealed that the black spots were actually many small pits,and theirformation was related to the open grain structure. By using single SrSi inoculant and reducing its adding amount to 0.35%,adopting high quality carbon steel, reducing pig iron addition, properly increasing sulphur content and decreasing pouringtemperature, this type of defect was eliminated.
