喷油孔和导管孔缩松缺陷是导致高强度dCi11缸盖漏水的主要原因,通过增设补缩冒口、控制化学成分、浇注温度,选用合适的激冷涂料等措施,有效地降低缩松缺陷,防止dCi11缸盖漏水现象的发生。
Dispersed shrinkage is the main reason causing leakage in dCi11 cylinder＇head. By adding the riser, controlling the compositions and pouring temperature, choosing appropriate chilled coating, etc., the leakage rate could be reduced effectively.
