摘要
[目的]探讨半夏厚朴汤抗化疗呕吐作用及对家兔外周血中EGF、Gas的影响。[方法]以家兔为模型,以顺铂为造模药物,将实验分为两部分。首先将30只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组和半夏厚朴汤高低剂量组,给药后观察各组呕吐的潜伏期及4小时内呕吐次数;其次,用酶免试剂盒检测EGF及Gas。[结果]半夏厚朴汤高低剂量组能有效延长顺铂所致呕吐的潜伏时间(P<0.05),高剂量组能有效降低呕吐次数(P<0.05)。半夏厚朴汤高、低剂量组能降低处周血中Gas的含量(P<0.05),半夏厚朴汤高剂量组能升高外周血中EGF的含量(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏厚朴汤能促进胃肠排空,对胃肠黏膜起到了一定的保护作用。其止呕作用可能与抑制胃肠分泌胃泌素及促进表皮生长因子表达有关。
[Objective]To observe effect of Banxia Houpu decoction on EGF and Gas concentration in peripheral blood of rabbits with vomit caused by chemotherapy.[Methods]Animal model was induced by injecting DDP into peritoneal cavity of rabbit.First,observe afterl administration of the incubation period of vomiting in each group and frequency of vomiting within four hours;secondly,the lever of EGF and Gas was measured with ELISA.[Results] Banxia Houpu decoction can extend the latent period of vomiting（P0.05）,high-dose group can effectively reduce the number of vomiting（P0.05）.Banxia Houpu decoction can reduce level of Gas（P0.05）,high-dose group increase EGF levels in peripheral blood（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Banxia Houpu decoction can promote stomach emptying and protect gastrointestinal mucosal.Its anti-emetic effect may be related to the inhibiting secretion of Gas and promoting the expression of EGF.
