摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗相关性呕吐(CINV)辅以中医健脾化湿方药治疗的效果。方法将146例IV期NSCLC患者随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(81例)。对照组常规予以化疗;观察组在此基础上辅助中医药健脾化湿方剂治疗。结果观察组患者呕吐较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),生活质量(KPS评分)观察组明显高于对照组。结论常规治疗同时辅以中医药健脾化湿方,对治疗NSCLC患者CINV具有一定的优势。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of assisted treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） spleen strengthening and dampness-expelling in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （CINV） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients. [Methods] 146 patients were divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group. The two groups were treated with regular chemotherapy, comparably, TCM were added to observation group. [ Results ] Significant improvement and relief on CINV were detected in the observation group, and KPS score increased in observation group which was higher than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Assisted treatment of TCM spleen strengthening and dampness-expelling in the treatment of NSCLC cancer can alleviate CINV and improve quality of life.
