摘要
硬质合金顶锤质量的无损定量检测,是保证顶锤质量的重要手段之一。本文提出了一种基于硬质合金顶锤实验应力分析的在线无损检测方法,该方法通过对顶锤施加外载,模拟其在工况条件下受力,测量其内部应力分布状况,得到合格顶锤的定量的标准,用以产品检测和指导生产。
The nondestructive testing method for cemented carbide anvil is one of the important means for quality assurance. A new method based on experimental stress analysis is put forward. The internal stress distribution is measured by means of applying load on the anvil to simulate the force at working conditions. The quantitative standard of qualified anvil, which can be used for prod- uct inspection and guidance, is obtained.
