摘要
综述了硬质合金残余应力的形成机理、分析方法以及后续处理过程中残余应力的研究现状。硬质合金中残余应力的形成是由于受到不均匀的应力场、应变场、温度场的影响;其分析方法主要有X射线衍射法、中子射线衍射法、数值分析法。喷砂(丸)处理使合金表面产生残余压应力,其大小与介质大小、喷射压力、喷射时间等因素有关;电火花加工后的硬质合金表面的WC相中存在残余拉应力,而磨削和抛光后的表面中存在残余压应力;表面处理会导致残余应力的符号、大小和在分布产生复杂的变化。深入研究残余应力的数值模拟方法、探索切削过程中的残余应力演变和开发缓解消除残余拉应力的后处理工艺是今后的研究方向。
The formation mechanism,analysis method and research status of the residual stress during various posttreatment of cemented carbide are summarized in the research.The residual stress formed in the cemented carbide is due to the effect of inhomogeneous stress field,strain field and temperature field.X-ray diffraction,neutron diffraction and numerical simulation methods are used for residual stress analysis.Blasting will introduce compressive stress and the value is related to the particle size,blasting pressure and time.EDM will introduce tensile stress into WC phase,and compressive stress forms after polishing and grinding.Surface treatment will result in the complicated changes of the symbol,value and distribution of residual stress.At last,it is pointed out that the numerical simulation method,the evolution of residual stress during cutting and the methods to relieve the residual tensile stress deserve further research.
