摘要
概述了与人造金刚石合成大腔体相配套的硬质合金六面顶大顶锤的质量状况 ,分析了大顶锤质量与使用寿命的关系 ,从内部结构和外部质量两方面讨论了大顶锤质量控制的方向 ,提出了提高大顶锤质量。
This paper introduces the quality control in the production of huge cemented carbide six -face anvils,which are applicated to synthesize artificial diamond in large size capacity.The relationship of quality and service life is analyzed,the ways of the quality control are studied according to inner structrol and outer side precision of anvils.It provides series of effective ways for advancing quality and decreasing consumption of anvils.
