肠内生态营养对大鼠创伤后影响肠免疫功能的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肠内生态营养对创伤后大鼠肠免疫功能酌影响。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:对照组(Control)、普通肠内营养组(EN)、肠内免疫营养组(EIN)和肠内生态营养组(EEN)。通过胃造瘘术建立大鼠创伤模型,分别给予不同成分的肠内营养7d,观察各组大鼠小肠粘膜形态,免疫组织化学染色SP法检测4组小肠粘膜中IgA+、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞的数量,并采用秩和检验方法分析其差异性。结果肠内生态营养组术后恢复良好(P<0.05);肠内生态营养组的腹泻累计次数低于普通肠内营养组(P<0.05);小肠绒毛高度、肠腺隐窝深度、粘膜厚度、绒毛表面积等测量值显示:肠内生态营养组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组和普通肠内营养组大鼠小肠粘膜IgA+、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞数明显低于肠内免疫营养组和生态营养组(P<0.05,P<0.01),后两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用肠内营养,特别是肠内免疫营养和生态营养能使创伤后Wistar大鼠更好地恢复;各种肠内营养剂,尤其是生态营养能较好地改善和增强Wistar大鼠的小肠免疫功能。 Objective To explore the effects of econutrition on intestinal mucosal immune function in wound rats.Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups.Rat models of wound were established by gastrostomy.One of the three enteral nutrition formul as(standard EN,immunonutrition,and econutrition)was ven to each group respectively for 7 days.The shape of small bowel was observed,IgA+,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ cell quantity of the small bowel mueosa were detected through immunohistochemical technique.Results The results showed that the econutrition group recovered well after surgery(P0.05);Enteral nutrition group diarrhea ecological cumulative number of times lower than the normal enteral nutrition group(P 0.05);The results showed measurements of intestinal villus height,intestinal gland crypt depth,mucosal thickness and villous surface: The econutrition group was better than the control group(P0.05,P0.01);the quantity of IgA+,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ cell was significantly increased in immunonutrition group and econutrition group compared with control and standard enteral nutrition group(P0.05,P0.01),the latter two groups were no significant between differences (P 0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition,especially immunization nutrition and econutrition make Wistar rats of post-traumatic better recovery;Variety of enteral nutrition,especially the eco-nutrition can better improve and enhance the Wistar rat intestinal immune function.
