摘要
为了研究番茄的挥发性成分及其在卷烟当中的应用价值,采用有机溶剂回流萃取法对新鲜番茄进行提取得到番茄提取物。对其进行GC-MS分析,检测和鉴定出25种,主要为长链的酸类和酯类化合物,其中多数酸类及酯类化合物有益于卷烟抽吸。大量的高级脂肪酸及其酯类(共64.61%),能够醇和卷烟吸味,增加烟气浓度。卷烟加香试验也表明,番茄提取物主要作用是醇和卷烟吸味,增加烟气浓度,同时也可改善香气质,丰富烟香。
In order to study the volatile composition and value of tomato, the tomato extract was extracted with organic solvent extraction. The results show that 25 kinds of compounds were detected and identified by GC-MS. The major components are long-chain acids and esters. Most of acids and esters components benefit the cigarette. A large number of high fatty acids and their esters (64.61%) can improve the smooth and increase the abundance of aroma. The sensory evaluation indicates that it' s primary role is improveing the smooth and increasing the abundance of aroma. At the same time it also can improve tem- perament fragrant, rich incense smoke.
