摘要
智能电网是高速发展的信息技术与新能源变革相融合的产物,对信息管理平台提出了动态与可视化的要求。分析了面向智能电网的3D-GIS平台的建设需求,设计了系统框架,着重讨论了系统实现的关键技术。系统在某供电局的应用实例表明,面向智能电网的3D-GIS平台具有广阔的应用前景。
Smart grid is the combination production of high-developed information technology ＆ new resources renovation, which need dynamic ＆ visualized information management platform. The paper analyzes the construction demand of 3D-GIS platform faced smart grid, designs system frame （network structure ＆ data organization）, and discusses the key technology to realize the system. The application in certain power supply bureau demonstrates that 3D-GIS platform faced smart grid will have wide application prospect.
