摘要
根据配电网系统需求特点,利用数字高层模型(DEM)、三维设备模型、海量数据处理技术、二维GIS等多种业界领域先技术,实现基于GIS的三维配电网系统的设计方案。三维地理信息系统不仅能模拟三维场景,使电网具有交互性,还能利用其空间分析功能满足配电线路规划、设计、培训模拟等业务要求,同时完成设备、设施空间和属性信息的维护和查询。
In view of the characteristics of power grid management, the design scheme of a GIS- based 3D power grid system, which uses digital elevation model (DEM), 3D equipment model, massive data processing technology, and 2D GIS, etc., is implemented. 3D GIS system can not only simulate 3D scene making the power grid net intuitive and interactive ,but also analyze its spatial function to satisfy requirements of transmission line planning, design, training simulation, etc., and it is also capable of main training and querying the spatial and property information of equipment and facility.
