摘要
通过对普测过程中发现的一起110 kV GIS PT气室放电缺陷进行SF6气体分解物和特高频局部放电检测,发现该气室内出现了多种SF6气体分解物且体积分数较高,特高频检测其放电幅值超过-20 dBm,停运解体发现是由于PT气室内C相侧屏蔽板与铁心夹件之间的连接螺栓松动,导致接触不良发生悬浮电位放电,通过分析明确了缺陷产生的原因,提出将原侧屏蔽板与铁心夹件之间采用绝缘垫块连接,侧屏蔽板与底屏蔽板通过单独的接地线连接,并与铁屑夹件可靠连接的整改措施。
A discharge fault in a 110 kV GIS PT chamber was investigated via measurement of SF6 decomposition products and UHF partial discharge detection. A variety of SF6 decomposition products at high level were found in the chamber. UHF partial discharge detection indicated a discharge amplitude of over -20 dBm. Disassembly inspection showed that the discharge was generated by the floating potential due to poor contact between the shield plate at C-phase side and the core clamp in the PT gas chamber. Accordingly, measures for improving the contact are proposed.
