摘要 建立了双旋转偏重激振的惯性往复振动机械的状态方程,将该状态方程与两驱动电机的状态方程一起组成机电耦合系统的数学模型,对不同阻尼的机电耦合数学模型进行数值求解,得到不同阻尼时系统的瞬态和稳态解.通过综合分析系统阻尼对最大共振振幅、启动时间、稳态功率消耗及阻尼力的影响,提出了惯性往复振动机械阻尼率的合理设计值为0.1左右. The state equations of inertial reciprocating machines excited by two rotating eccentric weight motors were built up.A mathematical model of an electromechanical coupling system was formed by combining the state equations of the machines with the state equations of the two motors.The transient-state and steady-state solutions of the system with different damping rates were obtained by numerically solving the mathematical model with different damping rates.The influences of the damping rate on the maximum resonance amplitude,the start-up time,the steady-state power consumption and the damping force were analyzed comprehensively,and it was put forward that the reasonable design value of damping rate of the inertial reciprocating machine was about 0.1,thereby providing the theoretical foundation for the engineering design of the damping value of the machines.
