摘要
以反共振理论为基础,通过建立反共振振动筛的数学模型,并对其进行动力学分析求解,最后得到系统阻尼与稳态响应的关系曲线。根据四种弹簧组合方式,得到不同的系统模态响应的大小。通过对四种弹簧组合方式进行数值分析及虚拟样机的仿真,最后得到弹簧的最佳组合方式,为该类机械的设计提供可靠的参考依据。
Basing on the reverse resonance theory and establishing the mathematical model of anti resonant vibrating screen, and carrying on the dynamics analysis, finally we get the system damping and steady-state response curve. According to four kinds of spring combination way, we get the system modal response of different combination way. Through the study of the numerical analysis of four spring combination and the virtual prototype simulation, finally we get the best combination of spring and provide reliable reference basis for the mechanical design.
