摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定混剂中的扑草净、乙草胺的含量.使用C18不锈钢柱(5μm,150 L×4.6 mm),以乙腈-水(体积比为70∶30)为流动相,检测波长215 nm.结果表明:该方法测得扑草净、乙草胺相对标准偏差为0.28%,0.21%;线性相关系数为0.999 9,0.999 7;回收率为100.1%,98.9%.方法简便,结果准确,重现性好.
This paper introduced a method for the determination of the mixture of prometryn and acetochlor by RP-HPLC.The chromatographic column was C18 column（5 μm,150 L×4.6 mm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（70∶30）;the UV detection was performed at 215 nm.The result showed that the relative standard deviations were 0.28% and 0.21%,the linear relative correlations were 0.999 9 and 0.999 7,the recoveries were 100.1% and 98.9% respectively.The method is simple and accurate,and the result is stable.
