摘要
本文采用LichrosorbSi-60色谱柱,以正二十二烷为内标,高效液相色谱分析除草净粉剂有效成分扑草净、乙草胺、苄嘧黄隆含量的方法。扑草净、乙草胺、苄嘧黄隆变异系数(%)分别为0.47,0.39,0.45,线性相关系数分别为0.9981,0.9992.0.9997。
In this paper, a high performance liquid chromatography method to determin three active ingredients of Chucaojing consisting of prometryne, bensulfuron and acetochlor was described. Using Lichrosorb Si-60 culoumn, petroleum: methenol: benzene:dichloromethane: acetonitrile= 60 : 15 : 5 : 5 : 15, as mobile phase and n-docosane as internal standard. Results showed that coefficients of variation were 0. 47%, 0. 39% and 0. 45% for prometryne, acetochlor and bensulfuron,linear correlation were 0.9981,0.9992 and 0.9997, respectively.
