摘要
血管损伤是慢性肺心病发病过程中的重要环节,从抗血管损伤角度寻求有确切疗效的防治慢性肺心病药物已受到广大临床工作者高度关注。本文就近年来基于抗血管损伤的防治慢性肺心病药物,如前列环素、内皮素受体拮抗剂、一氧化氮、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂等,以及抗血管损伤的方法如内皮祖细胞移植等的研究进展作一综述。
Vascular injury plays an important role in the pathogenetic course of chronic pulmonary heart disease.The research on the efficacious medicines for prevention and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease based on antivascular injury have attracted many clinical workers＇ attention.This article presents an overview of the current research progress of these medicines such as prostacyclin,endothelin receptor antagonist,NO,phosphodiesterase antagonist,and treatment like transplantation of endothelial progenitor cells.
