摘要
近年来在市场营销教学中我们积极探索新的教学模式,以培养高素质、应用型、实战型营销管理人才为导向,以提升学生就业核心竞争力为目标,以整合各项教学资源为基础,以构建全方位、多元化教学模式为主要途径,设计搭建了营销理论课、营销课程设计、营销软件模拟实训、营销沙盘实战四大培养平台,实践证明全面提升和实现了学生的创新能力、营销实战能力、就业能力、社会竞争能力。
In recent years, we explore new educational models positively in marketing teaching. Taking the cultivation of high-quality, application-oriented and practical marketing management talents as the orientation, the promotion of students'employment core competitiveness as the goal, the integration of teaching resources as the foundation, the construction of omni-directional and diversified teaching modes as the main way, we construct the four training platforms of marketing theory classes, marketing curriculum project, practical marketing software simulation training and marketing sand table. The practice shows that the student's innovation ability, actual marketing capability, employment ability and society competitiveness have been promoted comprehensively.
