摘要
以10个秸秆中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量差异明显的青贮玉米杂交组合为材料,测定了抽雄后25天时叶片的蔗糖合成酶活性与蔗糖含量。通过对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量、蔗糖合成酶活性与蔗糖含量三者间相关性分析的结果显示,在抽雄后25天时,不同青贮玉米组合的秸秆NDF含量与蔗糖合成酶活性及蔗糖含量均成极显著负相关。验证了在玉米中蔗糖合成酶是作为纤维素合成的关键酶,它是通过将蔗糖分解为UDPG作为纤维素合成的直接底物。同时也为改善青贮玉米NDF含量,育成低纤维高品质青贮玉米品种提供理论依据。
10 silage corn hybrids which have significant differences in stalk NDF content are chose as the experimental material; the relationships of SS (sucrose synthtase) activity from the leaves of maize tasselling 25 days later and stalk NDF content of silage corn are researched, though measuring SS activity and sucrose content, NDF content of stalk, and analyzing the relativity among them. The result showed that, 25days after taselling, there was a remarkable negative correlation between the stalk NDF content and SS activity, and moreover the relationship of stalk NDF content and sucrose content was the same as that of stalk NDF content and SS activity. It proved that SS as a key enzyme in the synthesis of cellulose, just because it provided the substrate for synthesis of cellulose, through decomposing sucrose into UDPG. This study provided a theoretical basis for improvement of NDF content and cultivating low-fiber and high-quality varieties of corn silage.
