摘要
对不同栽培棉种、陆地棉不同品种成熟纤维超分子结构差异及其与纤维强度的关系研究表明,成熟纤维的取向性是决定棉花种间、品种间强度差异的主要原因;零隔距比强度与取向分散角一α、螺旋角一φ和取向分布角一ψ中间呈余弦关系:T。=TK·cosψ=TK2·cosφ·cosα;陆地棉、亚洲棉、海岛棉零隔距比强度最大值分别为49.60、49.60、61.51g/tex;亚洲棉纤维螺旋角特别小,对陆地棉,甚至海岛棉育种都有重要意义;结晶度和晶粒尺寸与纤维强度无显著相关。
By comparative study between different cotton species,varieties of upland cottonand different samples among the same variety,this research demonstrated that strength of mu-tured cotton fiber had not significant correlation with crystalline graine size and crystal per-cent,which were not of significant difference between species and varieties. Fiber strengthmainly depended on the orientational parameter,especially orientational distribution angle一ψand spiral angle一φ. There was cos correlation between O gauge strength with ψ or φ angle,i.e. T0=TK· cosψ.In this formula,maximum Tk of G. hirsutum,G. barbardense and G.ar-boreum were 100,124,100 Mpsi,respectively. Orientational seperate angle一α and crystallinegraine size affected 3.2mm gauge strength more than that of O gauge strength.C. arboreumand G. herbaceum had lower φ and ψ angle. Difference of fiber strength among same variety de-pended on the crystalline graine size,crystale percent and α angle.
