摘要
为了弄清不同品种、不同收获时间玉米秸秆营养成分变化情况，应用范氏洗涤纤维分析方法对 10个品种、四个收获时期玉米秸秆中 NDF、 ADF含量进行了测定。结果表明：品种不同，四期秸杆中 NDF和 ADF含量平均值变化范围分别是 62.4％～ 70.62％和 38.31％～ 41.93％；收获时期不同， 10个品种秸秆中 NDF和 ADF含量平均值变化范围分别是 64.14％～ 70.48％和 37.22％～ 43.55％。
In order to prove the variation of nutrients of corn stalks among different breeds,in different harvesting time,the contents of NDF and ADF of the diffenent breeds of corn stalks are analysed by Van.Soest Method in four different harvesting time.The results showed that the contents of NDF and ADF varied from 62.4％ to 70.62％ and from 38.31％ to 41.93％ among the ten different breeds;from 64.14％ to 70.48％ and from 37.22％ to 43.55％ in the four different harvesting time.
