摘要
提高茶叶γ-氨基丁酸的含量。采用真空充氮、红外线照射以及液体浸泡等逆境对茶树离体叶片进行了处理。试验结果表明3种处理均能提高茶叶γ-氨基丁酸的含量,其中以真空充氮和液体浸泡处理效果明显,γ-氨基丁酸的含量分别达到2.88mg/g和4.01mg/g。
For increasing the content of GABA in tea leaves, methods such as Anoxia stress, infrared ray and waterlogging were used to tea leaves in this experimentation. The results showed that anoxia stress and waterlogging are effective, and the contents of γ-aminobutyric acid are 2.88 mg/g and 4.01 mg/g respectively.
