摘要
采用14 C放射性自显影和化学定量法研究γ -氨基丁酸在白鼠体内的吸收和代谢。结果表明 ,对 6~ 7周Wister雄性白鼠灌胃γ -氨基丁酸 1mg/g体重 ,1小时后 ,肝脏中γ -氨基丁酸的浓度达到最高值 ,3小时后血液和肾脏中γ -氨基丁酸的浓度达到最高值 ,脑中γ -氨基丁酸的浓度变化不大。γ
The absorption and metabolism of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in rat were investigated by using 14 C autoradiograph and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that after administrated with 1mg/g body weight GABA to the 6~7 weeks old Wister rats, GABA in the liver increased to the highest level after 1 hour, GABA in the plasm and kidney reached the highest level after 3 hours, while GABA in the brain almost remained at the same level. γ- hydroxybutyric acid(GHBA) was one of the major metabolic products of GABA in rat.
