摘要
通过灌胃正常大鼠甲状腺素片(含T3,T4)制造热证大鼠模型,正常大鼠给药7d,采用RP-HPLC法检测大鼠肝脏组织中的ATP、ADP、AMP含量。结果表明,热证大鼠模型肝脏组织中腺苷酸含量与正常大鼠比较有显著差异。本方法简单,结果准确,验证了热证大鼠模型能量代谢加快。
The fever rat model was established by gavage with thyroxine tablets (containing T3 and T4) for 7 days, and the contents of ATP, ADP, AMP in the liver of rat were detected by RP-HPLC. The results showed that the significant difference in the content of adenylate between the fever rats and the normal ones was observed. With this simple and reliable method, the increased energy metabolism in the fever rat was verified.
