摘要
本文对腺嘌呤、腺苷和5’-腺苷酸在碳糊电极上的氧化行为及结构的关系作比较研究。应用微分脉冲伏安法考察了三种生物分子的峰电位和峰电流及其与pH和浓度的关系,通过线性扫描伏安法测量了其电极反应速度控制步骤的动力学参数(βn_b),利用计时电流法测定了三种化合物的扩散系数(D),并计算出相应氧化反应的速度常数(k_b)。
The anodic behaviour of three biologically important molecules, adenine, adenosine,
and 5'-AMP, was comparatively investigated at carbon paste electrode. The peak
potential and peak current for differential pulse voltammetry were studied as a
function of pH and concentration. The kinetic parameters(βn_b) for the rate-
determining step of the oxidation reactions under diffusion-control were measured with
linear sweep voltammetry at 10℃ and pH3.3, which were 0.77, 0.91, and 0.87,
respectively. Chronoamperometry was used to determine the diffusion coefficients(D) of
these compounds, which were 5.03, 4.21, and 1.59×10^(-6) cm^2/s, respectively. Using the
βn_b and D data obtained independently from each other, the heterogeneous rate constants
(k_b) for the overall anodic processes were calculated and compared.
