摘要
近年来,随着工程总承包市场的全面放开、业主需求变化和设计院的业务需求,国内的一些设计院已经开始涉足工程项目总承包领域。基于设计院的资源特点和业务特点,以及工程总承包业务的特点,设计院开展工程总承包业务存在先天的优势,也存在问题。文章将结合现状就设计院在承接工程总承包项目时所具有的优势和不足进行探讨,以利于达到扬长避短的效果,推动设计院从事工程总承包的进程。
In recent years, with the decontrolling market of Engineering Procurement construction （EPC）, the changing needs of the owners and the designing institute＇ s business requirements, a number of domestic designing institute has already engaged into the field of EPC project. Based on the characteristics of designing institute＇ s resources and business, as well as the characteristics of EPC, designing institute to do EPC project has inherent advantages, and also has problems. This paper, combined with the sta- tus quo on the design institute to undertake EPC project, is going to explore its vantages and shortness.
