小蛀果斑螟对板栗品种的选择性 被引量:2

摘要 通过田间调查、行为学和电生理学测定研究了小蛀果斑螟对农大1号板栗和河源油栗的选择性。结果表明,小蛀果斑螟在农大1号板栗上的蛀果率为9.7%~14.4%,而在河源油栗上的蛀果率均小于2.3%,河源油栗对小蛀果斑螟的侵害表现出较强的抵御能力。农大1号板栗结果枝气味对小蛀果斑螟雌蛾有吸引作用,但对雄蛾无吸引作用,而河源油栗结果枝气味对雌、雄蛾均无吸引作用;农大1号板栗果实气味对雌蛾有吸引作用,而该品种叶片气味对雌蛾无吸引作用。雌蛾对农大1号板栗果实挥发物的EAG反应比河源油栗果实强烈,但雄蛾无显著差异。 The selectivity of A ssara exiguella to Nongda No. 1 chestnut (NC) and Heyuan oil chestnut (HC) was investigated by field survey, olfactory and EAG response tests. The results showed that A. exiguella caused more serious damage to NC than HC. The fruit-boring rate by the larvae ranged from 9.7% to 14.4% in NC, whereas it was less than 2.3% in HC. HC was more resistant to the moth. The odor from fruits of NC was attractive to the female moth (but not to the male moth), the odors from leaves of NC, fruits and leaves of HC were not attractive to both male and female moths. EAG response of the female moth to volatiles of NC fruits was much higher than that to HC fruits. However, no significant difference was observed in EAG response of the male moth.
