摘要
取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾,其体内艾氏剂环氧化酶的活性受到明显的影响,但乙酰胆碱酯酶的变化不显著。在取食花椰菜与萝卜的小菜蛾之间,艾氏剂环氧化酶活性差异极显著(P<0.01),二者相差2.8倍。
The activity of aldrin epoxidationase from 4th instar larvae of the diamond-back moth, Plutella xylostella (L. ) was greatly influenced by their food plants. The activity of aldrin epoxidationase from the larvae fed on cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. var. botrytis L. ) was the highest and that on radish(Raphanus sativus L. ) was the lowest among all the six kinds of food plants. The order of the activity of aldrin epoxidationase from the larvae fed on different food plants was radish<cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L. ) <flowering Chinese cabbage (B. campestris L. ssp. chinen-sis var. utilis Tsen et Lee) <pak-choi [B, campestris L. ssp. chinensis (L. ) Makino var. communis Tsen et Lee] < watercress (Nasturtium officinale R. Br. ) <cauliflow-er. However, the acetylcholinesterase of the larvae was not significantly affected by different kinds of food plants.
