摘要
在阐明板栗营养成分的基础上,介绍了板栗的药用价值。以河北省的板栗生产加工业为例,阐述了板栗加工业的现状及实行“公司+农户+商标”的新的增收模式。此外,介绍了板栗破壳新技术——气体射流冲击技术;论述了板栗精深加工中系列产品的开发与研制工艺。
The nutrient ingredients and pharmacology value of Chestnut kernel were intruduced. We take chestnut processing of Hebei provience in China as exmple to discuss production situation and problem of chestnut processing. The new modle were advanced, it is 'Company+Peasant household+Trademark' in chestnut processing industry. The reasons of browing in chestnut processing were analysed, and the ways of control were advanced. The new break technology were intruduced. The series of Chestnut production and profound technological process will have a vase range of prospects.
