摘要
探讨雪茶提取物[Extractive of Thamnolia vermicularis(ACH)Asahina]的抗疲劳作用效果。方法:取小鼠,随机分组,实验设高、低剂量组分、空白组、阳性药物组。雪茶提取物应用灌胃给药方法,通过各组小鼠负重游泳实验,对雪茶的抗疲劳作用进行物理性研究;通过测试小鼠游泳后和静置一定时间后血液中血糖变化,血乳酸变化,肝糖原含量及血尿素含量,对雪茶的抗疲劳作用进行相关生理指标研究。结果:雪茶提取物显著增加了小鼠的游泳时间,血液和肝脏中各个指标的变化具有良性效果。结论:雪茶提取物有提高小鼠的抗疲劳作用的效果,并在一定浓度范围内呈剂量依赖性显著改善小鼠抗疲劳能力。
Objective: The discussion of the anti-fatigue function of extractive of Thamnolia vermicularis(ACH)Asahina. Methods: Devide mouses into four random allocations by high dosage,low dosage,non-dosage and masculine medication. And apply medication by intragastric administration. Then execute physical research of the function by burden-swimming experiments of mouses. At last,execute research of physiological index by examine the change of the content of GLU,BLA,glycogen and BUN in blood after the burden-swimming experiments. Results: In certain concentration rate,the extractive of Thamnolia vermicularis,notably lengthen the time of the mouses'swimming time,and it improves all the index of the blood and liver that be detected. Conclusion: The extractive of Thamnolia vermicularis can apply the anti-fatigue function with mouses. And it improve the anti-fatigue function of mouses in dose-dependent way
