摘要
我国沿海渔船事故高居不下,文章通过对渔船事故原因以及规则中有关渔船条款进行了分析,指出规则应该修订有关渔船条款,以保障水上交通安全。
Aiming at the increasingly high frequency of accidents involving fishing vessels in Chinese coastal areas,the paper illustrates the general analytical method to deal with the fishing vessel accident,analyzes the inconformity of the regulatory clauses to the current situation of Chinese fishing vessels,and presents the countermeasures that the regulatory clauses should contribute to lower the frequency of fishing vessels＇ accidents.
