摘要
商船与渔船的碰撞往往造成重大人员伤亡,本文以一起碰撞事故为例,讨论了碰撞事故中商船、渔船、船舶管理人员的因素,并提出了对策。
The collision of the merchant ship and fishing vessel usually results in important personnel＇s dead and injured. Taking the collision of merchant ship and fishing boat as an example, discussing the merchant ship, fishing boat, ships manager＇s factor in the collision accident, and put forward a countermeasure.
