摘要
本文通过对商船与渔船碰撞的季节、时间、水域分布、能见度等主要特征进行统计,分析了商船与渔船碰撞的主要原因,提出了预防和减少碰撞应采取的措施。
After a statistical analysis of the parameters, such as seasons, time, water areas where the collisions happened, and visibility, of collisions between merchant vessels and fishing vessels, the writer probed into the major causes behind collisions between merchant vessels and fishing vessels. Measures to prevent and decrease this kind of collisions are further offered in the article.
