摘要
本文对现有餐车厨房的通风方式进行了研究，指出了现有通风方式的不足之处，同时提出了一种新的供冷方式，该方法既满足了餐车厨房通风的需要，又达到了节能的目的。
In this paper,the ventilation methods of the kitchen in the dining car are studied.The shortcomings of the existing ventilation methods are pointed out;meanwhile a new cooling method is put forth.This method can not only satisfy the need of the ventilation of the kitchen in the dining car,but also save much energy.
