摘要
在分析厨房环境污染的基础上 ,计算了厨房的排风量和补送风问题 ,并比较了常见的排烟装置的性能 。
Based on analyzing environmental contamination in a kitchen,this article computes the quantity of air ejected and supplied,compares the capability of ordinary smoke ejecting device and puts forward some design patterns and calculation approaches common ejecting flues
