摘要
对我国国家级职教师资培训基地的建设历史与现状进行了分析,指出了基地建设中存在的问题,并提出了促进基地建设与发展的对策:加强对基地工作的领导;强化培训教师队伍建设;打造特色培养培训项目;加强与地方政府、企业和职业学校的联系;深化对职教师资培养培训工作的研究。
In the article,the analysis of the history and situation of the national base of training for vocational educational teachers has been conducted,problems existing in the construction and development of the national base have been pointed out,and the countermeasures against those problems are put forward as well,such as strengthening the leadership,cultivating teachers team,building distinctive training projects,strengthening the cooperation with local government,enterprises and vocational schools,and deepening the study of cultivating and training for vocational educational teachers.
