摘要
职教教师的专业发展与其职后培训密不可分,职教教师的职后培训工作主要依靠职教师资培训基地进行。从职教教师专业发展的视角看,当前各基地在职教师资培训中存在诸多问题。职教师资培训基地要长远发展就必须重视职教教师的专业发展,加强自身的内涵建设。
The professional development of vocational educational teachers is closely related to its in-service training,which is completed in the training bases.Under the scrutiny from the perspective of teacher development,problems are found in the training bases of different districts.Teacher development should be valued in the construction of training bases to upgrade their institutional setup and guarantee their long-term development.
