孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法67例哮喘患儿随机分成两组,治疗组35例,对照组32例。对照组雾化吸入特布他林、布地奈德;治疗组在此基础上口服孟鲁司特片。结果治疗组总有效率为88.57%,复发率为6.67%;对照组有效率为60.90%(P<0.05),复发率为19.06%(P<0.05),两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论婴幼儿哮喘时,在糖皮质激素基础上口服孟鲁司特片治疗可缩短疗程,并有助于降低复发率。
