摘要
填料作为直接蒸发冷却器的核心部件,其性能的好坏直接影响着换热效率。目前常用的几种直接蒸发冷却器填料有:无机填料(如蒙特Munters公司的GLASdek),有机填料(如蒙特公司的CELdek),金属填料(包括铝箔和不锈钢)。虽然国内外有大量学者致力于这几种常用填料表面的热质交换过程以及其热工性能的研究,但目前仍未有人在同样的试验条件下,对各种常用填料进行系统的对比分析。本文以GLASdek、CELdek、铝箔、冷却塔用多孔陶瓷填料、及国内某公司提供的蓝色PVC这5种填料为试验对象,在近乎相同的试验条件下对各种填料性能进行了试验研究,并得到了一些结论以便为工程应用提供指导。试验结果表明:各种填料各有优缺,应根据实际情况具体选用,且多孔陶瓷冷却效率显著,完全可以用作直接蒸发冷却器填料。
The core component of the direct evaporative cooler is the filler, and its performance have a direct impact on the efficiency of the heat exchanger. At present, there are several fillers in common use, for example, inorganic filler( such as Munters' GLASdek) ,organic filler( such as MuntersCELdek) and aluminum foil filler. Although a large number of scholars have focused on the heat and mass transfer process on the surface of all above fillers and its properties, no one have done the comparative experiment of all these fillers in the same conditions. In these experiments, we take five fillers to study their performance in almost the same conditions ,such as GLASdck,CELdek,aluminum foil, the porous ceramic filler used in cooling towers, and the blue PVC fill offered by a domestic company . And there availabe some conclusions in order to provide guidance for engineering application. The results show that all fillers have their own advantages and disadvantages and we must choose it according to the specific situa- tion. The efficiency of the porous ceramic is significant and can be used as the filler in direct evaporative coolers.
