摘要
在传统间接蒸发冷却器的基础上提出了利用多孔陶瓷的间接蒸发冷却器,并运用毛细诱导理论对多孔陶瓷间接蒸发冷却器表面的传热传质过程进行了理论分析。指出多孔介质表面张力引发的毛细现象对多孔陶瓷表面的蒸发具有促进作用,可使经多孔陶瓷间接蒸发冷却器处理的空气逼近露点。多孔陶瓷间接蒸发冷却器应用前景广阔。
Propose the porous ceramic indirect evaporative cooler on the base of traditional indirect evaporative cooler. And analysis the heat and mass transfer process on the surface of the porous ceramic indirect evaporative cooler with the capillary induced theory.Presente that the capillary which is produced by the surface tension of porous ceramic has a promotion on the evaporation, which make the effect of the air treated by porous ceramic indirect evaporative cooler is access to dew point .Consequently there are wide application prospects on the porous ceramic heat exchanger.
