不同有机填料填充PTFE复合材料性能的研究

摘要 研究了Ekonol,PEEK,PI刚性有机填料填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的物理机械性能和摩擦磨损性能,探讨了稀土改性剂对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:填料与基体的分散性和相容性决定了复合材料的宏观性能;Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的物理机械性能和摩擦磨损性能最好,PI/PTFE的综合性能最差;当稀土含量为0.1%时,改性后的复合材料性能最好. The mechanical and tribological properties of PTFE composites fillers with rigid fillers of Ekonol, PEEK and PI were researched. The influence of rare earth on properties Ekonol/PTFE composite was discussed. The results show that the dispersity and compatibility of fillers in matrix influenced obviously on macroscopic property of composites. The mechanical and tribological properties of Ekonol/PTFE composites are best and those of PI/PTFE were worst. When the content of rare earth is 0. 1% by weight,properties of modified composites are best.
