摘要
目的 探讨抗肿瘤新生血管形成治疗实体肿瘤的可行性。方法 对近 5年的国内、外有关文献进行综述。结果 实体肿瘤的生长、发展、转移及预后好坏均与肿瘤新生血管形成密切相关。体外及动物实验表明 ,抑制、阻断肿瘤新生血管形成后可以抑制肿瘤的生长及转移。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of treating noumenon tumor by anti angiogenesis.Methods Related literatures of recent 5 years was reviewed.Results Tumor angiogenesis were related closely with growth, development, metastasis and prognosis of noumenon tumor. It was possible to inhibit the growth and metastasis of noumenon tumor with anti angiogenesis in vitro and vivo.Conclusion Anti angiogenesis will be a new therapy of treating noumenon tumor.
