摘要
研究ZA合金枝晶臂间距对于提高合金性能有重要意义。阐述ZA合金的枝晶臂间距,综述了冷却速率和合金元素对ZA合金枝晶臂间距的影响,概述ZA合金枝晶臂间距对合金力学性能和耐蚀性能影响规律,分析了ZA合金枝晶臂间距研究中存在的问题,并对ZA合金枝晶臂间距的研究前景进行了展望。
It is important for improving the property of ZA casting alloy to study dendrite arm spacing. The dendrite arm spacing of ZA alloy was summarized, the effect of cooling rate and alloying element on dendrite arm spacing of ZA was overviewed. Effects of dendrite arm spacing of ZA alloy on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy were surveyed. Some important development directions of ZA alloy dendrite arm spacing were prospected after discussing the existing problems of ZA alloys dendrite arm spacing research.
