关注前列腺癌患者的骨健康

摘要 前列腺癌（PC）骨转移是常见的临床问题，但我国内相关的研究报道并多。而近10年来，国外的临床研究已经证实合理使用双磷酸样类药物可以预防或减轻PC骨转移以及内分泌治疗导致的骨破坏、提高PC患者的生活质量、延长转移性PC患者生存期。大多数PC患者的生存时间较长，约90％的局限性低危Pc患者的生存时间超过10年；
