前列腺癌临床诊治的若干问题 被引量：10

摘要 前列腺癌仅次于肺癌，是男性肿瘤死亡的第二杀手，对前列腺癌的临床诊治欧美各国积累了丰富的病例经验，有大量的多中心临床研究的文献以及诊治指南。前列腺癌在国内呈上升趋势，对它的认识也在不断深入，2007年中华医学会泌尿外科分会制定了适合中国人的“前列腺癌诊治指南”，在2009年又进行了修订，可以说对前列腺癌的临床诊断和治疗有了规范化的参考文件。现对诊治过程中目前尚未有定论以及新的方法作一探讨。
