摘要
以北疆常用的4个普通玉米品种为材料,通过剪叶、去穗,测定叶片功能期、穗上叶的光合速率和茎鞘物质转运率等,研究各品种的源库特征。初步将供试品种划分为增源增产、增库增产和源库互作3种类型。增源增产型表现为结实率低,茎鞘物质转运率高,增加光合产物供应则产量明显提高;增库增产型表现为结实率较高,光合产物供应充足,增加小花分化数是该类型增产的关键;源库互作型表现为源库关系比较协调,增源和增库都能提高产量。
By means of leaf cutting and reducing the number of flowers,the relationship between source and sink of four maize varieties which were planted commonly in Northern Xinjiang was studied It was found that the varieties being used in the study could be classified into three types 1)The source limited type,which was characterized by a large number of flowers per unit area The product of photosynthesis of leaves could not meet the requirement of the sink for its filling,thus the percentage of ripened grain was low There was a large proportion of substance conveyed from the stem and the sheath into the sink where,with a high rate,it was changed into yield 2)The sink limited type,whose characteristic was there were less flowers than those of the first type,in other words,a small total capacity of sink The product of photosynthesis of leaves could ont only completely meet the requirement of the sink for its filling,but also has some surplus stored in the stem and the sheath 3)The source sink harmonic type Its characteristic was that there was a harmony source sink relationship The rate of conveyance of the substance of the stem and the sheath were something between the types mentioned above
