摘要
目的建立恒古骨伤愈片中橙皮苷含量的检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Shim-pack-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长283nm。结果橙皮苷线性范围为0.194～0.970μg,r=0.9999,橙皮苷的平均回收率为98.50%,RSD=0.63%。结论该方法用于测定恒古骨伤愈片中橙皮苷的含量,具有简便、准确、灵敏的特点,可作为该制剂质量控制的指标。
Objective To determine the content of Hesperidin in Henggu Gushangyu Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The determination was conducted on Shim-pack-C18 column （150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid water （20 ： 80）. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results Good linear relationship of Hesperidin between area and amount was noted for 0.194-0.970 μg, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.50%, and RSD was 0.63%. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
