摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定灯盏细辛中绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1.25%冰醋酸溶液(15:85),检测波长326 nm。结果:绿原酸在0.04~8.15μg、咖啡酸在0.01~2.55μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.23%,96.92%(RSD=1.56%,RSD=1.49%,n=6)。结论:为采收加工灯盏细辛和进一步研究其质量控制方法提供参考。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ehlorogenie acid and eaffeie acid in Erigerion breviscapus. Method: A C18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobice phase of methanol-1.25% glacial-acetic acid ( 15:85 ) and UV detection wavelengeth was at 326 nm. Result: There was a good linear range of 0.04 - 8.15 μg for chlorogenic acid and a range of 0.01 -2.55 μg for caffeic acid; the average recovery for chlorogenic acid was 99.23% (RSD = 1.56% , n = 6 ), for eaffeic acid was 96.92% ( RSD = 1.49% ,n = 6). Conclusion: This method can be applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid acid caffeic acid in Erigerion breviscapus.
